A Mistrabet account can be held in euros, Canadian dollars, Swiss francs and US dollars, or funded in crypto. Choosing the currency that matches your card or bank account at registration keeps every deposit and payout simple.

Making a deposit

Open the cashier from the balance button at the top of any page, choose a method, enter the amount and confirm. Card and e-wallet deposits reach your balance within seconds, so you can start playing straight away. If you'd like to claim an offer, tick it in the same step before confirming.

Cards use 3-D Secure, so your bank may ask you to approve the payment in its app. Crypto deposits arrive once the network confirms the transaction, and bank transfers take one to two banking days.

Requesting a payout

Withdrawing is just as easy. Open the cashier, choose "Withdraw", pick your method and enter an amount from €20. Our team approves requests within an hour, and then the money travels to you at the speed of the method: about 15 minutes for an e-wallet, about 25 minutes for crypto, 1 to 3 banking days for a card and 2 to 5 banking days for a bank transfer.

Before your first payout, we complete a one-time account verification. Uploading your documents early, ideally in your first week, means your first withdrawal is approved as quickly as every one after it. The verification page explains what's needed.

Following a payout

The transactions section of your account shows every request with its current status: pending, approved and sent. You'll also get a message when your payout is on its way.

No fees from Mistrabet

We don't charge for deposits or payouts on any method. What you send is what reaches your balance, and what you withdraw is what we send. Some banks, e-wallets and crypto networks have their own charges for their services, such as currency conversion or network fees, and those are set by the provider.

Using more than one method

Limits at Mistrabet

Each month you can withdraw up to €10,000, and larger wins are spread over the following months without any charge. Gale and Storm members can apply for more. Each method also has its own minimum and maximum per transaction, shown in the cashier.

Lowering and raising your own limits

A lower limit applies straight away. A higher limit takes effect after a short cooling-off period, which gives you time to be sure of the change.

Payments and your bonus

Deposits by card, e-wallet or crypto count for the welcome package and reloads, and the cashier marks any method that doesn't before you choose it. The welcome package starts from a €20 deposit, while ordinary deposits start from €10.

Weekly cashback lands every Monday at noon CET with just 1× wagering, after which it's ready to withdraw like the rest of your balance.

One weekend of deposits and payouts

Follow the money through one Mistrabet account. On Friday evening, a player deposits €50 by Mastercard, approves it in their banking app and sees it in their balance within seconds.
