Mistrabet Payout Not Received
Most Mistrabet payouts arrive right on schedule, and when one seems to be taking a little longer, the answer is usually a quick check away. This page walks through the status of your payout, the timing for each method and the simple steps that get things moving.
Start with the payout status
Every payout request in your Mistrabet account has a status, and it tells you exactly where your money is. Open your transactions, filter by payouts and find the request you're waiting for.
| Status | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | in approval with our payments team | allow up to within an hour |
| Approved | cleared and passed to the payment provider | count from the approval time |
| Sent | on its way to your method | check your wallet, card or bank |
| Returned | sent back with a note attached | read the note and update the detail |
In most cases, the status alone explains the wait. A pending request is in the approval queue, and a sent payout is already travelling to you. Tapping a transaction opens its full details: the time of the request, the time of approval, the method, the reference and, for crypto, the transaction ID.
Timing starts at approval
Method timings, such as about 15 minutes for e-wallets or 1 to 3 banking days for cards, are counted from the moment your request is approved. The approval time is shown in the transaction details.
Counting banking days
Card and bank transfer payouts move through the banking system, which processes payments on weekdays only. A card payout approved on Friday evening begins its journey on Monday, and weekends and public holidays aren't counted. That's the single most common reason a card payout seems slower than expected.
For card payouts, allow 1 to 3 banking days from approval, and for bank transfers, 2 to 5 banking days. E-wallet and crypto payouts don't depend on banking days, so they arrive in minutes even at weekends.
Pending credits at your bank
Some banks show an incoming card payout as pending for a day before it appears in your available balance. Check the pending section of your banking app too.
Quick checks in your Mistrabet account
If a request hasn't moved past pending, a few account details are worth a look. Each one is quick to sort out.
- Is your account verified?Your first payout follows a one-time identity check, reviewed within one business day. The verification page shows what to upload.
- Is a bonus still active?Bonus money becomes cash once its wagering is complete. The balance panel shows any active offer.
- Does the payout method match your deposits?Payouts go to methods you've deposited with, in your name.
- Have you reached the monthly limit?Amounts above €10,000 a month are paid in instalments.
Messages in your account
If our payments team needs anything from you, a message appears in your account and by email. Checking your message centre often shows the quickest next step.
When a payout shows as sent
A sent payout has left Mistrabet and is with your payment provider. For e-wallets, check the wallet app for an incoming payment and make sure the wallet's email matches your casino account. For crypto, look up the transaction on the blockchain using the transaction ID in your payout details. For cards and bank transfers, allow the banking days shown above and check your bank's pending transactions.
If the expected time has passed, our support team can trace the payment with the provider and send you a confirmation you can share with your bank.
Crypto transaction IDs
Every crypto payout has a transaction ID in its details. Pasting it into a blockchain explorer shows its confirmations in real time.
When a payout is returned
Occasionally a payout is returned to your Mistrabet balance with a short note. The most common reasons are an expired card, a closed bank account, a wallet in a different name or a mistyped crypto address. The money comes straight back to your balance, so nothing is lost.
Update the detail mentioned in the note, then request the payout again. With the corrected detail in place, it moves through approval as normal.
Updating saved details
You can edit saved payout details in the payment methods section of your account, and our support team can help with anything that needs a quick check.
What to send if you contact support
Our support team is available around the clock on live chat, and a few details help them check your payout in moments.
- The transaction reference from your payout details.
- The method and amount of the payout.
- The date and time you made the request.
- For crypto, the transaction ID and the receiving address.
- For bank transfers, a screenshot of the receiving account, with other transactions hidden.
How quickly support replies
Live chat usually answers in about two minutes, and email within twelve hours. For a payout question, live chat is the quickest route.
If a deposit hasn't arrived
The same approach works for deposits. Card and e-wallet deposits appear instantly, so if one isn't in your balance, check whether the payment was approved in your banking or wallet app. A 3-D Secure approval that wasn't completed means the payment didn't go through, and trying again is all it takes.
Crypto deposits appear once the network confirms them, and bank transfers take one to two banking days. For bank transfers, check that the payment reference was included, since it links the transfer to your account automatically.
Deposits from someone else's account
Deposits need to come from a payment method in your own name. If one arrives from another person's account, it's returned to the sender.
Preventing payout delays
A few habits keep every Mistrabet payout on schedule.
Verify your account in your first week, so your first payout goes straight to approval. Choose an e-wallet or crypto for payouts if you'd like your winnings quickly, especially at weekends. Complete any active bonus before requesting a payout. And keep your payment details current, updating expired cards and new bank accounts in your settings.
Loyalty and priority payouts
From the Squall loyalty tier upwards, payout requests move to the priority queue, and at Storm they go straight to the front.
Large payouts
Anything above €10,000 in a month moves into the next month's schedule, free of charge, and very large amounts may involve a few extra checks that take a little longer. Your transactions show each instalment and its expected date. The limits page explains the schedule.
Asking for a higher limit
Players at the Gale and Storm tiers can request a higher monthly payout limit, reviewed individually by our team.
If something still doesn't look right
If you've checked the status, counted banking days and confirmed your account details, and a payout still hasn't arrived, contact our support team with the reference. They'll trace the payment, keep you updated and confirm the outcome in writing. For anything that needs a formal review, the complaints page explains how a case is handled, step by step.
Keeping a record
Your transaction history and support conversations are saved in your account, so every step is documented and easy to refer back to if you need it later.
Help by payment method
E-wallets. Check that the wallet's registered email matches your Mistrabet account and that the wallet is verified with the provider, since some wallets hold incoming payments until verification is complete. Payouts usually appear in about 15 minutes after approval.
Crypto. Look up the transaction ID on a blockchain explorer and check the number of confirmations. Make sure the receiving address is on the same network as the coin you selected, for example Tron for USDT-TRC20.
Cards. Check the pending section of your banking app and count 1 to 3 banking days from approval. If the card has been replaced, the payout may go to the new card on the same account.
Bank transfer. Confirm the account details saved in your Mistrabet payment methods and allow 2 to 5 banking days. International transfers can take a little longer.
When in doubt
Live chat can confirm the status of any payout in a couple of minutes with the reference.
A payout check, step by step
Here's how a quick check might go. A player requests a card payout on Friday night and on Monday morning notices it isn't in their bank yet. They open their Mistrabet transactions and see the status "Sent", with approval timed on Friday at 22:15. Since card payouts take 1 to 3 banking days and the weekend doesn't count, they check again on Tuesday afternoon and find the payout in their bank's pending transactions, clearing on Wednesday.
Another player sees their e-wallet payout still "Pending" after two hours. They check their message centre and find a request for a proof of address. They upload a bank statement from their phone, the document is reviewed the same day and the payout is approved and in their wallet shortly after.
Most checks end the same way
In nearly every case, the status and the timing for the method explain the wait, and the payout arrives as expected.
Payout help on your phone
You can check payout statuses, update payment details, upload verification documents with your phone's camera and chat with support from your mobile browser. Notifications let you know when a payout is approved and sent, so you'll always know where your money is.
Faster payouts next time
Setting up an e-wallet takes a few minutes and gives you payouts in about 15 minutes after approval. The e-wallets page shows how.
