Mistrabet Fees

Mistrabet doesn't charge fees on deposits or payouts, whatever method you use. The amount you send is the amount that reaches your balance, and the amount you withdraw is the amount we send. This page explains where outside providers can add their own charges and how to avoid them.

No fees from Mistrabet

Every deposit and every payout at Mistrabet is free on our side, on every method: cards, e-wallets, crypto and bank transfer. There are no processing fees, no inactivity fees on your balance and no charges for withdrawing your winnings. It's one of the simplest parts of playing with us.

Outside providers, such as your bank, your e-wallet or a crypto network, may have their own charges for their services. The table below shows where these can appear and how to avoid them.

No fee on your balance

Your cash balance stays in your account with no maintenance charges, so there's no rush to withdraw after a session.

Currency conversion: the easiest saving

The most common outside charge is currency conversion, and it's also the easiest to avoid. If your Mistrabet account is in euros but your card is in Swiss francs, your bank converts every deposit and payout at its own rate, which usually includes a small margin. Over many transactions, those margins add up.

Mistrabet accounts can be held in euros, Canadian dollars, Swiss francs and US dollars, so most players can match their card or bank account exactly. When the currencies match, no conversion happens and the full amount moves every time.

Choosing your currency at registration

Your account currency is set when you register. Picking the currency of the card or bank account you'll use keeps every payment conversion-free. The registration page covers the steps.

Debit cards and credit cards

Card deposits are free on our side. Some credit card issuers treat gambling payments differently from ordinary purchases and may apply their own charges, similar to a cash withdrawal. Debit cards don't have this, so most Mistrabet players use a debit card for casino deposits.

If you'd like to use a credit card, your card issuer's terms explain how it treats these payments. The cards guide has more tips.

Prepaid cards

Prepaid cards may carry their own top-up charges, set by the card provider, while deposits to Mistrabet remain free.

E-wallet charges

Depositing to Mistrabet from Skrill or Neteller is free on our side, and so is receiving a payout. Wallet providers may charge for topping up your wallet from certain sources, for moving money from the wallet to your bank and for converting between currencies inside the wallet.

A simple way to keep wallet costs low is to hold your wallet in the same currency as your Mistrabet account and keep your casino balance in the wallet, ready for your next deposit, instead of moving it back to your bank each time. The e-wallets page explains more.

Checking your wallet's price list

Each wallet provider publishes its charges in its app and on its website, which makes it easy to choose the most cost-effective way to use it.

Crypto network fees

Every crypto transaction includes a small network fee, paid to the blockchain to process it. This fee goes to the network, not to Mistrabet, and it varies with how busy the network is. Bitcoin fees tend to be higher at busy times, while Litecoin and Tether on faster networks usually cost very little.

Your wallet shows the network fee before you send a deposit, and the cashier shows it for payouts. Choosing a lower-cost network for Tether, or sending at a quieter time, keeps fees small. The crypto page compares the coins and networks.

Why the crypto minimum is €15

A slightly higher crypto minimum keeps network fees in proportion to your deposit.

Bank transfer charges

Domestic and SEPA bank transfers in the eurozone are usually free or very low cost. International transfers outside SEPA can pass through intermediary banks, which may deduct a small charge along the way. Using a local transfer in your own currency, where available in the cashier, avoids this.

Instant bank payments

Where the cashier offers instant bank payments for your country, they're typically free from your bank and arrive in seconds.

An example year of payments

Here's how the choice of currency can affect a year of play for a player who deposits €100 a month and withdraws €60 a month.

ChargeAccount currency matches cardAccount currency differs from card
Mistrabet fees€0€0
Conversion on deposits€0a small margin on each deposit
Conversion on payouts€0a small margin on each payout

With matching currencies, a whole year of deposits and payouts costs nothing at all. That's why the currency choice at registration is the single most useful payment tip we can offer.

Using a debit card

Combining a matching currency with a debit card keeps card payments completely free from end to end.

What isn't a fee

A few things can look like fees but aren't. The 35× wagering on bonuses is a condition of the offer, not a charge, and your own deposit is never part of it. The minimum payout of €20 is the smallest amount you can withdraw. And the exchange rate for crypto is the market rate at the moment of your transaction, shown in the cashier.

Inactivity

Mistrabet doesn't charge fees on inactive accounts. Your balance and loyalty points stay safe whether you play daily or take a long break.

Choosing the most cost-effective method

Every method in the cashier is free on our side, so choosing the most cost-effective one comes down to how you already manage your money. If your card and your account share a currency, a debit card is free from end to end. If you already use an e-wallet for online payments, keeping your casino funds in that wallet avoids transfer charges. If you hold crypto, a low-cost network such as Tron for Tether or the Litecoin network keeps network fees tiny.

Bank transfers suit larger amounts, especially SEPA transfers within the eurozone, which are usually free. Many players combine methods: a debit card for deposits and an e-wallet for fast, low-cost payouts.

A simple rule of thumb

Match your currency, use a debit card or your existing wallet, and pick a low-cost network for crypto. That covers almost every situation.

Fees in each country we serve

Payment costs vary a little from country to country. In the eurozone, card payments and SEPA transfers in euros are typically free, which makes euro accounts very straightforward for players in Italy, Belgium, France and the Netherlands. In Switzerland, holding your account in Swiss francs avoids conversion on local cards and bank accounts. In Canada, a Canadian dollar account does the same for Canadian cards.

Players using US dollar accounts or crypto can choose methods that match, so conversion only happens when they choose it.

Travelling abroad

If you play while travelling, your card's usual currency rules still apply, since the payment is made in your account currency, not the local one.

Payments that stay free over time

Because there are no fees from us, your payment costs over a year depend only on the choices you make with outside providers. A player with a matching currency and a debit card pays €0 across a whole year of deposits and payouts. A player using an e-wallet who keeps funds in the wallet between sessions pays nothing on the casino side and very little on the wallet side.

That simplicity is one of the reasons players enjoy the cashier. There are no small deductions to track, no charges on withdrawals and no surprises on your statement.

Checking your statement

Your transaction history shows the exact amount of each deposit and payout, which makes it easy to compare with your bank or wallet statement.

Fees and payouts on your phone

The cashier on mobile shows the same fee-free deposits and payouts, and any network fee for crypto is displayed before you confirm. Your wallet and banking apps show any outside charges on their side.

Transaction history

Your transactions page shows the exact amount of every deposit and payout, so you can confirm that nothing was deducted by Mistrabet.

Charges and your bonuses

Bonuses and cashback come with no fees either. The welcome package adds 100% up to €500 to your first deposit without any charge, free spins are free to play and cashback lands every Monday at noon CET at no cost. Race prizes and prize drop wins are paid in full as cash.

The conditions attached to bonuses, such as 35× wagering and the €5 spin limit, are part of how each offer works and don't reduce your deposit or your winnings. Once a bonus converts, the full amount is yours to withdraw free of charge.

Withdrawing prizes

Race prizes, prize drop wins and converted bonus money can all be withdrawn with no fees, using any payout method available in your cashier.

Questions about a charge

If you notice a charge on a payment and aren't sure where it came from, our support team can confirm the amount Mistrabet sent or received. Comparing that with your bank or wallet statement shows whether an outside provider applied a charge.

Getting a statement

You can download a statement of your Mistrabet transactions for any period from your account.

Fees in brief: Mistrabet charges nothing on deposits or payouts; outside charges can come from currency conversion, e-wallet transfers, crypto network fees or some international bank transfers, and matching your account currency to your payment method avoids the most common one completely.
